Everything operators ask before they roll this out across a property.
What is on-site delivery QR code ordering?
On-site delivery ordering lets guests at a resort, golf course, stadium, cinema, or bowling alley scan a QR code at their lounger, cabana, lane, seat, or hole and have food and drinks delivered to where they are. Each QR code is tied to a specific location, so runners always know exactly where to bring the order.
How do you handle the location — cabana number, seat, hole?
Each QR code is generated for a specific spot — Pool Lounger #14, Cabana 3, Hole 7, Seat E14 — and that location flows into the order ticket automatically. Your runners see the location on the printed ticket or KDS screen. No more guests trying to describe where they're sitting.
Can different areas of the property have different menus?
Yes. The pool can run a casual menu, the clubhouse can run dinner, the lounge can run late-night small plates. Each zone has its own menu, its own hours, its own QR codes — all managed from one dashboard.
Can I route orders to the closest kitchen or bar?
Yes. Every QR is tied to a service location (pool bar, halfway house, premium kitchen, etc.) so orders fire to the right station automatically. Guests at Hole 7 don't accidentally order from the clubhouse and wait an hour.
Does this work with my Square, Clover, or MicroSale POS?
Yes. On-site orders sync into your POS and fire tickets to the right kitchen printer or KDS just like an in-person order. Pricing, modifiers, and inventory stay synced both directions.
What does it cost?
Pick one plan. Pay As You Go is 4% of net sales — you pay nothing until you earn. POS Integration is a flat $149/month with no contract. Both are commission-free on every order, with no setup fee, no per-QR license, and no hardware to buy.
Can guests charge to their room or member account?
Yes, where your POS supports it. Resort guests can charge to their room, country-club members can charge to their member account, and dayclub guests can pay by card or Apple Pay. All options surface at checkout.
How fast can we get this set up across a large property?
Most properties go live within a week. Our team helps you map zones, menus, and routing — generate QR codes for every spot, print signage and table tents, and connect your POS. We stay involved through the first weekend.
How do tips work for runners?
Tip prompts appear on-screen at checkout, just like at a card reader — and operators typically see higher tip averages on QR orders than on cash transactions in remote zones. Tips route into your POS the same way card tips always have.
Can we pause ordering at the pool but keep the clubhouse live?
Yes. Each zone can be paused independently — for 30 minutes, an hour, or until tomorrow. Useful when one kitchen gets slammed but the rest of the property is moving normally.
Ready to add QR code ordering to your restaurant?
Takes 10 minutes to set up. No hardware. No commitment.
